How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International customers - guten tag/bonjour/howdy. Your delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on where in this big wide world you are.

How long does it take to get my order?

As a sustainable company we are not what would be called 'fast fashion'. We print every garment to order right here in Lancashire, and aim to have each one packaged and shipped within 3 days of ordering. During busy periods it might take a little longer, but we'll keep you up to date by email when your package is dispatched. Once it's left us the delivery time is generally 2-3 days for UK addresses.

Can you please not send my eco-friendly, organic cotton garment in excessive amounts of plastic packaging?

With pleasure, in fact we'll go one further - our packaging contains no plastic at all. We toyed with the idea of using compostable mailing bags, but we weren't happy with the protection this would offer your order while it's in transit, so we opted for postage boxes made of recyclable cardboard that fit through your letterbox, and eco-friendly paper bags for larger items. These can be shredded and composted right in your garden due to an additive in the paper, all the instructions are on the bag!

Any paperwork or tags that arrive with your order are made of recycled paper, and tags are attached with recycled string.

How do I return my order?

We hope you love our garments just as much as we do, but if you really really reallllllyyy want to return it we'd be happy to refund or replace your item within 14 days of delivery. Just drop us an email at customer.services@zeronegativity.co.uk and write your order number in the subject bar.

Remember to include the reason for the return in the email (sizing/damaged on arrival/I just remembered I don't like white T-shirts) and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

We'll get a postage label sent back to you by email. You can use the original box or bag to return the item to us (both are resealable), just print out the new label, stick it over the original, seal it up and take it to the Post Office. We'll let you know when your item has arrived back with us and when your replacement/refund will be with you.

I've ordered something to the wrong address - help.

We've been there - Apple Pay is great for some things but not populating your old rental flat in to the address field of some gig tickets you're rushing to buy and then you have to travel half way across Leeds to recover them (we're not bitter about it).

We can sort out any issues like this provided we haven't shipped your item, so email us at customer.services@zeronegativity.co.uk. If it's already left us then try getting in contact with whoever lives at the address you've sent it to to see if they can keep an eye out for it. If this isn't possible then let us know and we'll try to sort something out.

How do I best look after my new item?

We recommend all our products are washed at 30 degrees or less, and are line dried rather than tumble dried. This is because we want to save energy and help fight climate change, but also because this is the best way to wash organic cotton. Organic cotton isn't chemically treated and therefore may shrink if washed at high temperatures. The designs are also best looked after by washing at low temperatures and avoiding tumble drying. We recommend they are ironed inside out and avoid ironing directly over the print.

I ordered my garment from another organisation, why does it come from you?

We offer print-on-demand services to other companies and groups in order to try and reduce clothing waste. This way they don't have to buy and store lots of stock which may then go to waste. Whether you bought it from their site or ours, if it's come from us and you have an issue, get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

I'm interested in hosting a shop on your site, how do I go about it?

Have a look at the We Supply and We Web Host pages to see what we offer. Then drop us an email at partnerships@zeronegativity.co.uk and we'll see what we can do!
